          Speaker: Dr. James Hoot, OMEP-USA Board Member-at-Large, Immediate Past President of ACEI, speaking
          about a new preschool in Tanzania, made possible by collaboration and cooperation between ACEI, OMEP,
          and other organizations and individuals.

          A special award will be presented to Dr. Nurper Ulkuer from UNICEF at this breakfast.
